The steel market, our end market, continues to deteriorate and the aluminium industry is struggling. With the change of the end market, the supply and demand relationship of graphite electrode market also changes sharply, the market shrinks sharply, the demand for electrode drops sharply, and the product price is also very uncertain. The carbon production enterprises are facing severe difficulties and tests. General manager Li Jie asks all factory staff to have correct attitude already, face up to difficulty, set up worry consciousness, want to be guided by scientific development view more, unified thought, firm confidence, surmount difficulties, solid work, tide over difficulties together. At the same time, the report also puts forward the countermeasures taken by the enterprise, deeply and objectively analyzes the prominent problems existing in our factory at present, and the next work ideas.
